New Temporary County Ordinance "NO WAKE ZONE 300 FEET FROM SHORE!". That is one football field across. This Ordinance in in effect until December 31,2011 or until the water level recedes to 1/2 foot below ordinary high. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL! There are 20 lake in Douglas County affected in this ordinance:
